Los Angeles City Fire Captain I, George Roque, 57, passed away on January 1st from complications of COVID-19.
Roque is the second Los Angeles city firefighter succumbed to COVID-19 complications.
Roque proudly served the Los Angeles Fire Department for 22 years, rising to the rank of captain I. He was an exemplary firefighter who will be sorely missed by his brothers and sisters with Los Angeles city.
Roque is survived by his wife and four children.
